TERRIBLE. Impossible to get in touch with with.
TERRIBLE experience ordering from flooring supplies. I booked my delivery slot and got no confirmation. After being reassured by the sales team my delivery was booked in, I waited in all day for the delivery, only for it never to arrive. I had had endless problems trying to get in contact with them to rearrange delivery.
They don’t reply to emails or it takes them two days to reply. AWFUL SERVICE. To this day, I am still waiting for a reply to find out where my delivery is and it’s been 5 days since my original slot. I have tried every communication channel.
DO NOT buy from them. It’s not worth the hassle.
