Very frustrated with sutomatic monthly subscription
I am extremely frustrated by the automstic renewal of a monthly subscription. By the time i became aware I had 3 months of £79 taken from my account. Far too much for what was offered. Extortionate and a total waste of money. Customer service quick to respond but totally unwilling to refund anymoney
I have not accessed anything from this company and would suggest you all read any small print- i didn"t,- to avoid being inadvertently involved in a monthly extremely expensive subscription . Would avoid.
