I have large legs and a very small waist, making it nearly impossible to find pants that fit well. I’ve spent countless hours trying on very expensive jeans, but nothing has ever fit right—either they’re too tight on my legs, or the waist is so loose I could fit in them twice. So, I decided to order the Black Slim Fit Jeans 2.0 from Legend London. Delivery to Germany was fast, arriving in under a week, which I found impressive.

When I tried them on, they fit perfectly, felt smooth, and gave me a great look. However, after wearing them out for an evening, I noticed significant wear and tear from friction between my thighs. The material in that area felt rough and much thinner than the rest, and when I held the fabric up to a light, it was thin enough to let some light through—a sign these jeans wouldn’t last more than a week with regular wear.

I reached out to customer support, and after some back and forth, they agreed to send me a replacement in a different style. I haven’t received the second pair yet, so I can’t say if the same issue will occur, but I really appreciate their customer service. I’d rate them highly for that. However, I think a new design might be needed to handle thigh friction better, especially since these jeans are marketed to bodybuilders and athletes. I’m sure I’m not the only one facing this issue.

Good prices, compared to the competition, and fast delivery. The box arrived torn apart as if it had been hit by a bus. Thankfully, none of the products inside were missing or damaged but this was by no means a good look.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. Their customer service is great. My most recent customer service experience was with Constance who helped me with a return and a replacement of an item that arrived at the wrong size. it has been a long process (over 20 days) and I have yet to receive the item, but at least customer service has been polite and helpful throughout.

Good products, fast delivery. They could improve on their prices a bit since MyProtein Usually beats them but they did well with the BLACK FRIDAY deals. I will be coming back.
