I bought this as a birthday present for my husband. He has an elegoo filament 3d printer so I thought this would be great as another option. Price wise for starting out is was pretty reasonable. Straight off the bat he wasn't impressed with how little info is given with the products. Mars 5 resin printer and Jupiter wash and cure. They also included eu plus rather than UK! Very little instructions on how to set up and maintenance of the machines and how often you need to replace items. (Fep film etc)
He's printed a few things and it already has to be changed. Less than a week old! The wash and cure machine has no definitive instructions. Chat gpt and reddit were the saviors for this. Apart from that there's not much to complain about. There is a knack to getting a print perfect but it's the little details that make this difference from a filament printer. He rates it 4 stars. Didn't have to use customer service so can't give any info for that!

I will die on the hill that DPD are the best couriers in the county. I've had a few different addresses and no matter what one it is the delivery is prompt and reliable. Almost unheard of in this day and age! Keep doing what you're doing!

Great company. Amazing customer service. Phenomenal prices! I ordered really late Wednesday afternoon and after a panicked phone call the parcel arrived Thursday morning! Absolutely INASNE service. 5 stars across the board. Will absolutely be ordering again.

As always 5 stars, my little heart soars when I see a DPD delivery notification. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and I have yet to not receive a parcel by the amazing Mareks. I've written to DPD about him and how he deserves recognition for his very hard work. In this day and age where praise is hard to get he deserves it in spades! so DPD get a very enthusiastic 5 stars from me

After a very nervous Google search for sitters for my little guy I found trusted housesitters. Best website I've found for exactly what met my needs. Great setup for both sitters and pet parents. I've advised them to everyone for all pet caring needs.

The online help is superior to anything I've used before, treated, with respect and empathy and knowledge (which is hard to find even as someone who works in customer service).
We did have a massive panic at one stage but they had it fixed within a matter of hours. All agenta seems to be very knowledgeable and have a calming presence. Thankfully there's never been a need to use the vet help but even that there is that option is a huge plus for me

Any sitter we've had has been fully vetted and is an animal lover and I think that's what makes the service so easy to return to.

We love knowing that if given enough time our little guy will have some great company with someone new for a few days and he'll be so well taken care off even loved in all his cases so far, which as a pet owner is so lovely knowing your not just biased about your pet.

Anyone who has reservations, ignore them. I wouldn't use the term "neurotic" to describe myself some one but I don't but even I can't find fault in this service.

I've used Optimal print a few times and I have to say the quality and speed at which I have gotten all my orders is astounding.

I will happily use them for any custom need and have recommended them to so many people who have also been over the moon with their products.

I had an issue with one order but the speed and efficiency at which is it was sorted is super commendable!

I've used them on and off for about 2 years now and I can't fault them.
Great quality and there always seems to be a special offer on also.
Any queries or issues I've had have been resolved very quickly and efficiently.
Can't fault them if I tried. Delivery is usually very fast if there has ever been an issue it's the carriers fault not the printers and you can upgrade shipping if needed.

I'll be using them for years to come :)
