The HARDEST customer service team to work with. I ask them about things and none of them know the answer and all they do is transfer me to several departments and NOBODY has the answer.

I’ve tried to resolve a very small issue for 4 days now and there is nothing, I’m on hold for 45 minutes each team and they have no urgency to solve problem, I’ve sent emails with no reply. Stay away from working with these if you want fast solutions.

They made a mistake of sending me through a wrong product, which was quite expensive. I asked them about it and without a second question issued me a refund, unbelievable customer experience.

With no issue, there was help straight away, at first an issue couldn’t be resolved but you did all you could and now both of my problems are solved
