I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. Had an 18/200 for 3 months and it is not working now. I have 9 einhell 18v tools without issue but this scythe as they call it is a piece of crap. I can't speak to anyone for technical advice and I can't find the warranty card so they won't help. I have even offered to pay for the repair but they will not help. I will be buying quality tools in future my mistake thinking a German company would be more helpful

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Have ordered several bras from them and none fit correctly. Then today I find that they have taken more money from my PayPal without authorisation. Absolute scammers.

As a vulnerable pensioner I ordered…

As a vulnerable pensioner I ordered what I thought was a one off order and they have charged me £52 a month for more than a year. I have tried twice to cancel this and not had any response and they are still taking this money. Absolute scam !

Hi Faye! We’re so sorry for any confusion, and happy to clarify. Rest assured, you were not charged! What you saw on your account was a pre-authorization hold, which simply ensures the funds are available should you decide to keep the product after your trial ends.

Pre-authorization is disclosed prior to checking out and it is also outlined in our FAQ’s.
Our subscription program is completely optional and is never pre-selected for you! You have to manually opt in, and any shipments are based on your chosen or default frequency.

Scammers

This organisation are scammers I bought a smart watch which does not charge or work it is a piece of crap . There is no way to contact Bellap as their website and email given by Wowcher (also scammers ) does not exist ergo no way to resolve this . I know that I am not the only one to suffer this piece of garbage. Someone from either organisation had better contact me as neither Wowcher or Bellap are above the law and trading regulations. If I hear nothing in the next 24 hours I will contact both the police and trading standards. I have noted that Trustpilot has offered me an opportunity to contact Bellap on the email address that does not exist ???
