They are very professional and efficient. We are moving from Scotland to Surrey but, despite the different systems, Vickery kept us up to date with almost weekly calls and dealt effectively with all the problems. Oliver was particularly helpful but Toby and all his staff deserve credit. I thoroughly recommend them.

Very good service from Andy and Lee when looking for and buying an e-bike. Slight issue with registration of the bike but this was sorted later by the store manager James.

We recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here. The celebration was a year late but it was the first time we could get all our family together, including those from Australia. We could not have asked for a better location. The housekeeper was friendly and efficient and the accommodation was ideal for our family. The walled garden provided ample space for all our games such as cricket, rounders, badminton, soft tennis, egg and spoon races and many more. Well done to all involved in making this a memorable event. We would not hesitate in recommending it for similar events.

The flowers we ordered for my sister’s funeral were of good quality and they were delivered timeously to the funeral directors.
