Exceptional!
There have been very few times when I’ve booked a holiday and the destination is even better than the pictures , but this house surpassed all of our expectations, it is nothing less than spectacular and we loved every minute of it along with our children and grandchildren.
Kate and Toms are exceptional as a company and I will definitely be using them again .

We had a wonderful time at Holmegate…
We had a wonderful time at Holmegate House and annexe. The swimming pool was great and everyone enjoyed the number of sitting rooms!
We had a few complaints, though. No one was there to greet the first arrivals, who got there at the agreed time of 4pm. The bedrooms hadn’t been configured in the way I had specified. The dishwasher filters were filthy with broken glass in one. Also the kettles were absolutely full of limescale.

Loved everything about the Shed.
Loved everything about the Shed.
Location delightful.
Property perfect, spacious and suited our family’s needs.
The pool was lovely as was the jacuzzi.
The trampolines and pool kept the kids busy for ages.
Not too posh so you might have to worry about it with small children. Ours ranged in age from 1 to 15
Adults loved all too.

Beautiful Manor House
Beautiful Manor House. A few tweaks needed. Toilet required in the summer house by the pool otherwise you have to walk from the pool area through the house. Extra cleaning accessories to care for this Beautiful manor house as requested. Pool towels. I feel we shouldn’t have to provide these in a luxurious stay. Rooms beautiful all well cared for. All staff more than helpful.

Beautiful property with everything you could need for a large gathering. Quiet location, which we loved and so safe for kids - the huge field /garden got plenty of use, they loved it.

We had a fantastic weekend with the family. The property was spacious, clean, well-equipped and met all of our needs.
Location was quiet and easy to manage in terms of children and the dog! The booking process was very straight forward and easy to understand.
In essence, we got what we expected, so the marketing was bang-on!

Great property with lots of space and a…
Great property with lots of space and a lovely pool and garden - plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Having 2 dishwashers & 2 fridges was very useful. Lovely walks from the barn. The owner lived next door and was very friendly and helpful.
Needed a bit of TLC - side door was not secure, loose gravel drive, doors to wet room & toilet were very stiff and noisy. Needed shaded areas outside as we had to eat lunch inside as dining area in full sun.

Recently home from a wonderful stay at StarHill Manor one of Kate and Tom’s signature properties. The property was absolutely fantastic! Great holiday
Lovely house, and very helpful team. Could have done with a 'proper' plan' of the main house and annex beforehand, and the outside chairs and those around the big table in the kitchen weren't very comfortable. But the location, and other facilities were excellent.

My family of 11 (from 75 to 1) had the most wonderful week in this gorgeous house. Wonderful grounds and a swimming pool kept the older children off their devices. Beautiful bedrooms with ensuites or private bathrooms. Perfect venue for our multi generational annual family holiday. Nancy was very welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
