I don’t think this company deserves even one star.
I ordered the Bioderma Photoderm M SPF 50+ Golden Tint (40ml), but I never received my order. I repeatedly tried calling customer service, but no one ever answered. I also sent messages to the mobile number they provided. Although I received apologies, my order was still never dispatched.
After more than a month of waiting and following up with them four times, they finally processed my refund. This was an extremely frustrating experience.
I would not recommend buying from Total Body Care online. Their customer service is very poor, and their claim of delivering orders within 3 working days was completely untrue in my experience.

I received a wrong item which is not mine. Very poor service as they mix up parcels and codes in the lockers. I have never come to see my parcel as it was given to different person. Never will I use InPost or encourage anyone to use it again.

I am grateful and really appreciate the service I have recently received from TDS team. They helped me (tenant) to get my deposit to be returned to me in full when the letting agency Ward Surveyors ltd had charged me for some damages which were in the property
before I moved in.
