I thought this was just to get me on board but here I am today proudly debt free with their continued support. I also loved the fact that they have a portal to view on the go.

I was involved in my very first car accident when someone hit me from behind and damaged my car. I live in London and the accident occurred in Birmingham. I was really worried but only for a a few minutes because when I called my insurance company they assured, comforted and advised me step by step. I had a courtesy car delivered to me in Birmingham within hours as I was overnighting but needed to drive home the following morning. I spoke with Rebecca, Steve and David and they were my extremely amazing customer assistance. I would recommend AA and Auto Claims Assist to anyone who is looking is for the absolute best insurance providers and carers.

Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who accommodated me storing my trolley and bag in a secure corner. The entire experience was a very pleasant one and have and will continue to recommend that Vision Express in Tesco Yeading Extra.

I arrived to buy a Nissan Qashqai and definitely not a Vauxhall. However I was approached by Jonathan who showed a few cars of my choice which on closer inspection I realised they were not for me. Jonathan asked why I was so against Vauxhall and after telling him my experience he showed and told me about a car that I would like. Believe it or not Jonathan sold me a Vauxhall and I am extremely happy. He told me what I needed to do to avoid my past bad experience and sold me what I wanted within my budget. Jonathan is an exceptionally honest sales person who puts your needs at the forefront whilst still ensuring he makies a sale.

I received a courtesy call today from Ali and I cannot express my sincere gratitude to you for hiring him and to him for being so polite in his mannerisms, so caring in his answers and so compassionate to my dilemma.
