First they told me that they had no record of my order several days after it was due to arrive. I sent them proof of my purchase. Then they told me it would arrive the next day and provided me with an Evri tracking number, which Evri said it doesn't exist. Then they told me I was typing it in error to which I informed them that I copied and pasted it. Took 3 days to cancel the order and get a refund. Absolutely terrible service. Would never recommend them to anyone.

My order number 879234718 was not delivered and returned to the store as there was items missing. The driver was told by the store manager to take the whole order back. I called the manager and he told the driver to take the order back. The store confirmed that all the items were received by the store. Just eat refused to refund me anything at all as as far as they were concerned the order was delivered, which it was not. I've been a customer of just eat for many years and think that the attitude of just eat is absolutely diabolical and disgusting. I've paid for goods I have not received. I'm a disabled pensioner also. I will be seeking damages from them for this matter.

Hoppa.com is not contactable. They only good at taking the moneys. I have a credit note, however I am a cancer survivor, I am not really going to any holiday abroad or in UK in foreseeable future. I want a refund.
