The management and staff of the Leckwith store are very friendly polite and efficient. Unlike the Cardiff gate store which is the total opposite.
The Leckwith staff didn't have to sell us anything as we had already seen the suite we wanted but refused to give the sale to the Rude aggressive staff at Cardiff gate.
