I paid for express delivery but it took several days longer that quoted because they didn’t dispatch the item promptly. When I raised the issue they didn’t care and didn’t offer a refund for the late delivery.
UPDATE - I got an email with more excuses. 1-2 day shipping should be from receipt of order, not when they decide that they can be bothered to stick it in the post.

Review of Perky Blenders
Coffee is great, customer service was great when there was website issues with pausing and restarting my service. Unfortunately I couldn’t bring scheduled deliveries In my subscription forward even though I had already paid for them which is annoying. I’d also be keen to see them do larger weekly bags or give you the option to dispatch at shorter intervals than a week.
A coffee subscription is a great idea but I don’t think I’ll use this bunch again.
