Great staff, good customer service. But I feel the train is not correctly named: it keeps rocking one awake, the entire journey. This is not one of those smooth train journeys. I suppose the tracks are very old?

Got exactly what I ordered, and a timely delivery. There was a slight delay, but they informed me of that. Happy customer..!

Tried placing an order via their website, but apparently they do not deliver to the UK. I called to see if this was a simple web glitch, but was informed that they do not deliver to Scotland. Truly remarkable. Avoid this company at all costs.

We are having to give up sending any Post to the Republic of Ireland. We do everything we are told to do by the Royal Mail, and yet each small airmail packet comes back, rejected by the computer at An Post. Presumably that computer is programmed to find fault with everything coming through..! No other country in the world is even remotely as bad as this. Doesn't the government in Dublin realise the damage this is doing to Ireland's economy?

Very helpful on the phone. Lovely to purchase the anniversary present I needed, from an independent family-owned company..!
