A person from the sales department contacted me in July and offered a discounted family package for the trial period and after the trial period of 3 months. They mentioned that for quality assurance all the calls are recorded. Unfortunately, I accepted the offer but got no confirmation about the family package price after the trial period.
I complained about it through Contact Us, but still I have no confirmation. This is a breach of the consumer rights, illegal, and can be complained about.
Further, I have noted the cell numbers that were used by the sales to make bad promises.

Delivery time is mentioned up to 2 to 3 days, but it takes over one week. Sometimes when delivery is ordered at the ddormant it reaches the store, so you need to go and pick your parcel.
When you go to pick the parcel from Coop mega, they ask to provide ID only from few pwersons. When you are in the que, and other persons are picking their parcel only by showing the SMS on the mobile, but you are asked to provide ID, it seems unpleasnt.
