The goods came nicely packed and seem to be of good quality,the size I needed which I could not find here, almost square which I looked for and could not find here, I was instantly informed when the package could not be delivered the first time as I was not home, by teltpartner and also by the shipping company, pleasantly surprised it was free shipping and it came from Germany ( I live in Denmark), everything went smoothly, I would definitely buy again.

So we are now finish and I can give them with ease a good review. We did have some hiccups along the way but we managed to solve them in a manner that was and is rewarding for me as a client. I want to thank the entire team with which I was involved starting with Ole, the youg man that did the digging of the brine hoses, Torben, Henriette, Frank and also the team that was here last time, all of them did an amazing good job. There is a saying in every forest there are some dried trees. I have to say I got only the bright ones from Klimadan. As a client I was a little worried after reading some reviews that were not flattering,so with this in mind I would encourage the customers who had a good relationship with them to take the time and give them the review as well as it would have been extremely helpful. They are client oriented and language was not a barrier although this was my own shortcoming. Patience is a virtue! Thank you all!!!
