Review of Octopus Energy
Attempting to get a solar installation, having paid a deposit in December! Communication with Octopus is quite difficult and there is little response to email and slow follow up by phone despite raising a complaint. At the end of March we were told the system needs to be changed to meet with the grid requirements, having agreed to this…. Another black hole of communication and still no installation date. Very disappointing and certainly does not measure up to other people’s positive experience.
