I ordered 2 of these during the recent heatwave, when I checked my statement it appears they had charged me for 2 warranties which In my opinion was not made very clear on the website. I then cancelled within 1 hour of ordering via instructions from their website. I waited 2 days before anyone replied to my email and was then told I was too late they had been dispatched, when infact the email regarding the dispatch came a 12 days later. This is very underhanded. I was then told I had to wait for them to be delivered to request a return. I promptly emailed them on the day of delivery to obtain a return address still waiting 2 days later! NEVER AGAIN ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE.

I purchased a bikini online from Debenhams that was sold directly from this company. Trying to return it because it’s too small has been a joke. This is what I was offered quote “ considering the trouble and inconvenience that returning the product may cause you, would you like to accept a 50% discount for keeping the item?
It also can save your time to return it, or it can also be kept as a spare, in case of emergencies.” After I clearly stated it was too small. Very poor customer service finally offered refund after numerous emails repeating myself! Time will tell if I receive it?

Easy to order kept informed regarding progress of order. Very well packaged as well. Would recommend. Hoover is brilliant too!
