We are very confident in our same day delivery guarantee and with our network of local florists we do everything we possibly can to ensure the delivery takes place on the date requested. Unfortunately, even after exhausting every possible option we regret that the delivery was not possible.
Looking at the history of your order we can see a member of our customer service has offered a courier item as a replacement, however we unfortunately have not heard back regarding this.
