While I have had good order experience with them over the last 20+ years, as a fairly recent VIP PRO member, I am VERY Frustrated at the too frequent times my orders are Not delivered via "2nd Day Air" as promised in the VIP PRO T&C. For example, today I contacted UPS about an order placed 4 days ago, who informed me that this order was scheduled "3 day select", NOT "2nd Day Air" as I expected. This was due to an incorrect Shipping Method coded at Adorama, causing a delay that is unacceptable.
