Ordered the tennis racket online that my son picked, ordered and paid for with no issues.
Received an email saying the racket was no longer made / available and they had the new 2025 racket in stock.
Further email sent to purchase 2025 racket and no further email back.
Racket eventually arrived over a week after it was ordered.

Game of two halves - contacted the customer sales line and was informed the replacement lawnmower blade wasn’t in stock and would be over a month until they would be back in.
Went onto the website, found the blade I required, ordered and delivered today.
Excellent online service and delivery but should be better when calling them.
