I ordered this for my 91 year old Dad. Arrived quickly, although it did say next day delivery. I ordered on a Thursday, it arrive on the monday. Packaged well, easy to put together and has been a God send in the heat wave we've just had. My Dad is very happy with it.

Great venue, I have an Access Card and was treated great, no problem going through the accessible entrance, lady who gave me my wrist band was great, happy and caring. Felt safe within the venue, spoke to some of the staff at the end, they were lovely. Crowd around me were great. As for Madness, they were awesome! 100% would go back to this venue. Only small grumble would be the prices for drink, but I guess its like that everywhere

Excellent customer service, I ordered the wrong size,I was able to send it back and relieve a refund ASAP. Ordered a bigger urn which arrived a few days later. Very well made, beautiful urn just what I hoped for. I would recommend using this company.

Once I had Contacted them, it was a quick easy process. I received the packaging in the post. Posted back via the post office, postage was paid for. Kept updated by text that they had received my phone, then again to say it had been tested and the money would be in my account within 24 hours, which it was. Great service and pays more than others do. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve never used this company before but after searching on Google their name came up and had good reviews. Having looked at their website they offered a good price for my phone, so I decided to go with them. The bag to post it arrived, I send it back via pre-paid post with Royal Mail. A few days later I received a phone call to say it had arrived and they had checked the phone over and confirmed the price they would pay for it. They asked if I was happy with this price or would I like the phone returned to me. I accepted the price and was told the money would be in my account in the next 24 hours. I received a confirmation email and that afternoon the money was in my account! Very satisfied and would use them again and recommend to others. Thank you for the good customer service.
