Beautiful products and 4 of the 5 were in strong boxes and arrived intact. Unfortunately one was not in a strong box and arrived broken. Id suggest that items wrapped in cardboard rather than in a strong box are places on the top, I think the broken one hadn't a chance as it was on the bottom and the others placed on top. Will definitely buy from again but hope the packaging issues are addressed

If there was a minus number I would give that score. I booked through mytrip and then the flights were changed by the airline, loganair, meaning I could no longer go. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare and even though it was the airline who caused me to be unable to travel,mytrip are still charging me a £30 cancellation fee, which I shall have to apply to court to get back
