It was easy to find the parking

It was easy to find the parking, pictures and instructiins were provided. A handy button in the email opened the garage, and pedestrian door.

I left the MEGA to go back to Engie…

I left the MEGA to go back to Engie following an unstable year with constant increase of the monthly estimation. The final increase I received was for more than 1000 EUR/month compared to 145 EUR when I signed up. The monthly payment I made proved to be heavily inflated as after leaving the company I received 1500 EUR back. I have no trust in MEGA and would like to know how they use the money sitting on their bank account rather than on yours all year.

We're sorry to read about your bad experience.
Those monthly estimation depend on the historic of consumption of your adress (average on 3 previous years, provided by your local network manaer), it can be irrelevant to your situation if you just moved in, for example.
I couldn’t find your customer number based on your pseudo.
If we can help you further, could you please send us a mail to claim@mega.be mentioning your customer number (ME******), name and your date of birth (sorry we need this to respect RGPD).
