DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAM...

My daughter had insurance with this company for 1 month and until a week ago had heard nothing from them. Then last Friday she received a call letting her know that her driver score was below the 40 threshold and she had a week to improve. Yesterday, 4 days later she received an email telling her that her insurance was going to be cancelled. The reasons for cancelling were breaking too hard, time of day when driving and speeding. She called them immediately and challenged each of these. We live in an area where most roads are 30 MPH and have lots of roundabouts - it is really difficult to speed on these roads. The main road most driven is actually a 40MPH road and they informed her that she had been speeding along this at over 30MPH. When challenged they checked google maps and confirmed the road was 40MPH so no speeding however this had no effect on her score. When asked why they couldn't reverse the cancellation she was informed that it just was not possible and her best course of action would be to cancel the policy herself before they did!!!! This is a money making scam.
For a young safe driver to have to go through this stress and anxiety is totally unacceptable and like some of the other posts we will also be reporting this to the ombudsman.
