We always head for Currys in Galashiels when we want to investigate, or buy, new tech or an appliance. This is because, from our experience, the team in Galashiels is always helpful and knowledgeable. An example of this happened last Saturday (6th June) when I had a query about an iPad that had previously been purchased within the store. The response I got from the team, including Andy, was just perfect. Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated.

I have now spoken to adviser 'Bobi' on two separate occasions and both times she has been very helpful. Gold star to Bobi.

I have had a lovely pale blue suede jacket for about 18 years and have treated it with the greatest of care. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I got a mark on it, which appeared oily.
I googled dry cleaners + specialists in leather & suede, which led me to Elite in Edinburgh. I took my jacket to them as quickly as I could (three days after the stain had appeared) and asked them to do their best.
They were fantastic, because, when I picked the jacket up two weeks later, they had managed to get the mark out completely. Well done to the team at Elite!

I stumbled across Seasalt on a visit to Hexham a few weeks back and since then have ordered online, which was fast and efficient. Fabulous colours (especially cassis) and a really good fit, so I will be back.

I had a few difficulties with my application for a tax refund on an item I bought in (southern) Ireland. However, I contacted Planet, explained the issues (not their fault) and they got back to me really quickly with advice, which I followed. I have just had notification from Mostafa (at Planet), saying my refund has been granted and is winging its way to my account. Thanks for your help, Mostafa, you have been great!

I'm really please with my wall calendar; great quality, sharp photos and delivered quickly.

We ordered lighting for our bathroom and received the items speedily, a few days later; which was great. The lights were as advertised and perfect for what we wanted, so we were very pleased with our choices. However, when we looked at the fitting instructions for two of the lights, they had not been updated by the manufacturer from a previous design; leaving us a bit concerned about how to safely fit the glass shades. We contacted UK Electrical and asked for their advice. Stuart Pidduck responded and was really, really, helpful, sending us instructions after he had looked at the light himself (from UK Electrical's stock) and fitted, then removed, the glass shade. Fabulous...thanks Stuart...your advice was very much appreciated.

Very satisfied with Carpetright. We sent off for samples, which arrived very quickly. Then visited the Berwick store and completed our order. Customer service was great.

I love Lucy Q’s jewellery, so much so that not only have I bought pieces for myself, but also as special occasion gifts for others. The designs are great…real head turners.
