Order recieved very quickly and very happy with the items.

One bottle was damaged and I contacted through the website, received a very quick response from Nikki who sorted a replacement and some samples once I had sent through a picture. Great customer service.

Bought a new TV and price was the same as everywhere else but the 0% paypal credit payment option is why I went with Box and my family had used them previously. Delivery was well communicated and got a call when the driver was half an hour away to confirm.

Easy transaction as I went with every intention of purchasing. The staff weren't pushy or overbearing and simply asked if we needed any help and then left us to look around. Once we had decided the staff were helpful and answered all our questions and then put the order through.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I'm not a fan of after sales extra's like the 5 year cover, not that the salesman was pushy but I hate how the price was reduced by 50% within 2 minutes of me saying no to it.
