Millets is a great shop, with great prices. The local shop in Exeter has really nice and helpful staff to. I recently had to exchange something as it was a tad small and the staff were excellent.

Products I have bought from Millets have all been of high quality and good price. I mostly purchase online but have also visited my local shop and staff are helpful and friendly.

I went down to the local Millets in Exeter after perusing waterproof jackets online. The jacket I wanted wasn’t in stock, however the staff there allowed me to try on a similar jacket and they ordered the jacket I wanted and had it delivered. The staff at this branch are helpful and professional and the product was delivered quickly. Great service, great jacket!

Good communication about delivery, however took me a while to find the parcel. Eventually scrolled through the delivered email and found the location, maybe put this at the top of your emails or highlight. Other than that all good.

I ordered A fender acoustic guitar initially on Amazon. After a couple of weeks I noticed a crack along the neck and contacted Rich Tone Music via Amazon. They replied and set up a courier to pick up the guitar and promptly refunded as per Amazon's policy. Having been satisfied with their prompt and friendly service through Amazon and still wanting to have the acoustic Fender I re-ordered via the Rich Tone Music website. The guitar arrived promptly via Courier who arranged to delivery at a convenient day/time. The guitar is superb, my partner is very pleased with the sound and quality. I cannot fault Rich Tone for their service and professionalism.
