I had a great experience with Bill Smiths Motorcycles in Chester. Very honest with their servicing and far better than my local dealerships. The price is right so it's worth the ride up from Llandudno.
The staff are all lovely so I won't go anywhere else now.

They are nice to you If you buy your bike from them. If you don't buy your bike from them they treat you differently so back of the queue for your important first service. Not a good way to treat people in my humble opinion so wouldn't recommend them nor buy a bike from them now.

My flight was cancelled because it was put forward ruining all my internal connection flights and hotels at my destination.
It had to be cancelled but still no refund over a month later. They are happy to take your money but reluctant to give it back.
Keep saying might come in a few days. They don't care about their customers so won't be using them again.

Absolutely discusted that my flight was changed last minute ruining all my plans. They had to cancel it because my hotel and internal flights were unchangeable so lost a large amount of money but the worst thing of all they still haven't refunded my flight over a month later.
I'm on minimum wage and it took me a long time to save for this holiday.
I will never fly with this company again after this treatment. Lost £2300 ....

I've had nothing but fantastic service from MCO Motorcycles in Wigan.
I generally chose them first for my bikes before anyone else even local bike shops.
Lee is an exceptional employee in my opinion as works really hard to give you the best deals.
I'm sure the rest of the team are good too.
Genuine bike shops like these are hard to find so I wish them much success now and in the future.

I put a deposit of £200 on a Royal Enfield 411 to be registered on the 1/3/26. I had to cancel the order due to my boiler breaking down and needing a new one.
They charged me £158 for the preparation of the bike that was done to early in my opinion.
I cancelled the order within 14 days of placing the deposit so was entitled to a full refund according to consumer Law.
I'm only getting £42 back apparently but not received it yet.
Won't go back to Poole Moto again that's for sure.

I've decided to stick to BeMoto for another year because my quote was reasonable and fair.

Had a very bad experience buying a Harley shirt from Harley world eBay.
Somehow they managed to have a tracking number that delivered the item before it was ordered.
Countless phone calls with indifferent staff saying this and that but still no shirt 7 days after the initial order.
Just be warned and buy in person if you can ....
