I was initially sceptical about Extreme Fitness because their prices are so much lower than the big brands, but the equipment doesn’t feel cheap at all it’s genuinely high quality and the commercial equipment is next level.
I emailed them with questions and Paul replied within an hour, inviting me to visit their warehouse and try the machines in the upstairs showroom. I went along, met Vikram, who showed me around and clearly knew the equipment inside out. He was happy to answer every question I had.
After testing a few machines I went home and ordered five pieces. They delivered everything and I paid for the installation service which I wasn’t going to
And the missus said pay it you tight git!!! Which I’m so glad I did it was money very well spent. Do not skip the installation. The team fitted everything perfectly, cleaned up after themselves, and left no mess behind.
This is easily the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve bought from all the major companies before, and Extreme Fitness is in a different league. Such a professional and friendly team.
