Partner accidentally set up an account with one of my cards back in Nov 25 (we have a shared Amazon acc) realized her mistake and thought she'd cancelled it and set up a new one under her name. I noticed today they had been charging me each month. Spoke to an agent, explained the situation and they cancelled the account and refunded me all the payments which I had not signed in or used the account. So I can't ask for more than that, amazing service.

Will only update with further info if the refund doesn't come through, so if no more info added here, everything was golden.

Items arrived in great condition, only very minor negative was time to arrive as it came from overseas, not sure if that's for all orders, but this one took 18 days.

Other than that, items were great, good material and feel, and seem well made. Very impressed.

Fast and convenient mail order service, sadly too far away to see their shop location, but the speed on dispatching orders, and their set up and allocation for preorders is currently second to none when it comes to other gaming websites I have used.
