Ordered three hoodies on 28th November 2024. After forgetting about them for a couple of months, I suddenly realised they hadn't arrived. After liaising with their customer support team for several months, I am now being ignored with no response to my emails requesting a refund. They were happy to respond when they were offering 'store credit' or a discount on further purchases, but stopped replying when I stood firm on wanting a refund. Absolute joke.

After booking a trip through Wowcher, I was called 13 times over the weekend from Weekender breaks to confirm the booking. This is an extreme amount of times to try and get hold of someone with several voicemails being left. When I tried to call them back, I was told on three occasions that my case manager was not available / had left for the day and no one else could manage the booking. This led to a further delay in confirming flights and accommodation. After asking several times to talk to someone that could help, I was put through to a supervisor who proceeding to confirm the booking. However, I ended up having to pay almost £200 more to obtain half decent flight times for a 3 night stay.
