i booked private car for return transfers with hoppa from Lanzarote airport to apartments 10 mins away. pick up was great (even though a bigorange minibus was waiting instead of private car) as transfer station is situated at airpot. However, return pick up was terrible. I selected 5pm pick up and as requested stood outside apartment exactly where I was dropped off initially 15 mins prior. I seen the vehicle pass in the distance along the incorrect street. I tried to call 4 of the contact numbers provided, 1 being the emergency line and got no answer. eventually after waiting for over an hour I finally reached through to someone. I was put on hold for 20 miins until I eventually hung up and called back. This happened 3 times. I was then told to arrange my own private taxi as they were busy and could not collect me. Aparently the vehicle had been sitting for 30 mins. Concerned I would miss my flight a kind neighbouor ran me to airport as he had witnessed failure of hoppa. on returning home I took this complaint up with hoppa. they sent gps map of where the vehicle was at the time of pick up , but the evidence proved they were not even on correct street after arguing they were. I forwarded my address on again to prove this and have not heard back. was told I will not be receiving refund or apology. absolutely terrible terrible service. Would never recommend such unreliability and bad customer service
