One issue we have here in rural Wales is delivery. Sometimes delays to delivery occur because of courier staffing.
I think it is probably far more difficult to deliver rually therefore under paid for the time and mileage they have to do.
The past promises of next day delivery have gone out of the window

Purchased a car from Trustford Bookham and at nearly £!8,000 did not expect a hole in the rear seat. Never the less I checked with my local Ford dealer and was told the base of the seat could be changed for £158.

Now not asking the earth I requested Trustford Bookham could maybe at least share the cost with me. One month later and about 5 or 6 emails. Yes Josh..scott. and Sam.

All of you have been fobbing me off with he's in a meeting now or he's having a day off or send me a photo and i'll get back to you

No one ever has and that is not very nice. Very annoying actually as so many times I have said a negative response would be better than none..

Now if you think supplying a car of this value with a hole in the seat is acceptable I don't but what is worse in my mind is one month of promising to get back to me with a response and you haven't.

That's why I am writing this review not so much the hole but how you have responded to it.

My Callaway Big Bertha Diablo Draw 11.0 degree 1 Wood Callaway regular graphite shaft arrived as promised. I bought this as all good but it's in excellent condition so am more than pleased.. Thank you Golfbidder I look forward to shopping with you again.
