From start to finish a nightmare. AN order I cancelled was put through and the food never arrived. So I have been charged for food not wanted nor delievered and IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of UBER customer services. The automated system takes you round in circles. The order I did want, from another restaurant arrived over 40 mins late and the drivier could not even communicate, or find the building. THe rong card was charged adn despite claims you can change payment method once the order is completed, it is a bare faced LIE. The system does not allow you to do so. A COMPLETE SCAM. NEVER WILL I ORDER FOOD ON UBER EATS EVER AGAIN: DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.
I am genuinely stunned at the piss poor customer service. I bought into life membership a month ago and cannot access the product. Am sent round the houses every day by AI. What i hoped would alleviate suffering has turned into a source of stress.

This company has proven unreliable, fraudulent. The agent we spoke to has been 'unavailable' for months and therefore has not refunded hundreds of pounds paid for a transfer service not received. No response to emails, or phone calls. Meanwhile we are left with a job not done and money effectively stolen from us.

Great, very personal, rush free service. Affordable prices, quality products that fit well. Some items were not available in my size though. Overall a pleasant experience. I on ly went in for a gander and ended up in there for ages.x
