IWOCA are really easy to work with, their website works well, borrowing momey is very flexible, and there is always a real person on the end of the phone if you need to speak to someone.

Laundryheap are great, tha app is simple to use, they collect and deliver exactly when they said they would and the costs are all very clear and transparent.

The engineer was lovely and friendly. However, we both believed he had fixed the problem with my dishwasher, but within half an hour of leaving, the same error message came up, so it hasn’t been fixed.
I became very frustrated with the many phone calls I had to go through, and got cut off several times, to try and book another appointment. I still don’t have another appointment scheduled!
