Very good service! One of the items ended up in being out of stock. This slightly delayed my order dispatch date. The team at Planet Multi Store had no problem in replacing the missing item with another similar item (slightly higher price) without charging me the difference. They also FedEx'd the order from Prato, Italy to London. The order was for a total weight of 14.3 Kg (full diving kit and extra accessories) and I received it at 10am the following morning!!! This is what excellent customer service looks like. It's a 10 out of 10 from me!
