The sound coming from my system which includes the Playbar, two Play1 satellite speakers and a subwoofer is amazing. I also had to solicit customer service to help me install and make these components work together as a system. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and supported me on the phone throughout the system set up. Excellent service and excellent system. Thank you Sonos.

The product I purchased as a replacement for the HP toner for my Laser Jet printer works flawlessly even after the warning on my printer stated that it is not a genuine HP cartridge. I can't see the difference in printing quality. Thank you LD Products for saving me money.

The delivery was delayed for over a week. The website keeps switching deliveries so it is totally unpredictable when it will happen until before couple days prior, the phone service practically non existent. I will cancel service if not able to talk to someone by tomorrow. Trying to change my delivery for August to any other day but the one specified is impossible.

Bottles were left on the first floor instead of being brought to the fourth floor. Empty bottles were not picked up. Hope this doesn’t repeat again.

Long wait to get to a representative definitely needs improvement, I experienced it on multiple times and in one instant it cost me an alarm monitoring violation and a lot of money.
