Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for £735.93 and was expecting it to be delivered by the agreed date. However, a week after I was due to receive the order, it still had not even been dispatched.

At that point, I cancelled the order because I no longer required it and could not wait indefinitely for it to be sent. Despite my cancellation request, the order was subsequently dispatched.

I then had to escalate the matter through PayPal rather than the company resolving it directly. PayPal ultimately closed the case in my favour and issued a £735.93 refund against the Pay in 3 transaction.

I am pleased that PayPal resolved the matter, but having to raise a dispute to obtain a refund for an order I had cancelled after the promised delivery date had already been missed was extremely frustrating.

Based on this experience, I would not order from this company again.

Great service and excellent prices too! From signing up for my policy to a recent claim I had to make. The service has been great; straightforward process with support from Chloe and the team throughout!

Avoid! Poor quality flowers and appalling customer service
