The worst customer service out there
The worst customer service out there. One form of contact - an online forms which does not acknowledge receipt of your query. Bought an item and decided to return with firm's 14-day returns policy. No advice on how to do that on website so submitted form. No reply 14 days later. Will never buy from CEX again. Appaling.
