Seamless experience getting a prescription. Real difficulty and challlenge getting it dispensed. I had to go to four pharmacies before I was successful. They say they partner with Boots, I went to two different boots and neither knew what Updoc was let along how to access the prescription.

Prescription helpline only works on a weekday so I was completely stuck (on a Sunday) with the dispensers in each pharmacy trying to work out how they could download the prescription.

This company is the real deal.

I was expected to part with £400k cash after less than 24 hours (2 meetings with sales office) using high pressure techniques and lines like, “I need an answer now”; “this is a take it or leave it offer”; “I have another appointment in a few minutes so we need a decision right now”.

Worst thing is, the very same salesman the day before said we’re not like used car salesman then proceeded to use the most pathetic outdated high pressure sales techniques from last century.

I’m buying a HOUSE not a tv!

Judging by the reviews below we got a very lucky escape.

Stay away from these cowboys and go and buy yourself a real home from trusted local developers.

P.s. the price of their upgrades is SHOCKING. Was quoted over £6k for 35m2 of floor tiling downstairs!!!!!

The prices appear cheap, but that’s because the houses come with cheap fittings and no flooring/carpets. Once you add up the costs to spec the house, it becomes very poor value.

Even their ‘premium’ upgrades are mediocre in quality for the price points quoted.

Trust me and stay away. Your mental health and wallet will be grateful.

Sian (SPA153) was a great agent to deal with. I told her what I wanted and she instantly provided me with a competitive quote, which I took up.

I communicated with her via the online chat function and she set everything up and called me only to confirm the details and take payment.

Experience was hassle-free and took up very little of my time!!!
