Review of OK Mobility
Okmobility refused to give me a car saying that my driver's licence is not international. I've been renting cars in many countries with this licence, and like 10 or more times in Spain with different rental companies and have never had such problems. I asked the manager at Okmobility why did he say that my licence was not international but he just refused to answer me.
On that date (May 06, 2022) i had to find another rental company and succesfully rented a car with Hertz in Barcelona airport.

At the airport I found that I have to pay some extra amount. The staff girl was not friendly at all and the worst thing was that she did not advise me correctly that it was some kind of fine for the diesel engine of my car and I therefore was fully convinced that I paid these money for the fuel. When I returned the car back I had to pay another fine because the fuel tank was empty. Also, the fine was EUR50 although in my contract it was stated it should be only EUR40. Bad experience this time.

Thanks for your comment. We're trying to improve our services and the opinion of customers is essential to do so.
On the issue you described, please let me explain you have a charge of 51 euros because you returned the car empty of fuel and that's the price of the full tank.
You can check the price of the full tank and the fPlease note that we have two fuel plans: Full to full and Flex fuel. In both plans you will receive a car with full tank.
With the Full Full you will have to return the car with full tank as well. If you provide a credit card, you will be blocked a fuel deposit. If you return the car with full tank, this deposit will be released. If you provide a debit one, the fuel deposit will be charged and refunded after returning the car with full tank.
On the other hand, with the Flex fuel you will only pay for the fuel you use and a fuel handling fee. With this plan you can return the car with empty tank. You will pay upfront the fuel handling fee. If you provide a credit card, the fuel deposit will be blocked and after returning the car you will be only charged for the fuel you use. If you provide a debit card, you will be charged for the full tank and after returning the car you will be refunded for the unused fuel.
