IW. Ordered a 5 day delivery on 31st October and now on the 12th November there's still no sign of it and no response to my messaging. I hope I'll still get my free bottle of additive promised for posting a review.

I went for HomeFuels Direct because they offered 5 working day delivery of premium fuel for marginally more than BoilerJuices's 14 day delivery of ordinary fuel. Except that now, 7 days down the line, I'm still waiting and there has been no message explain why. Oh and premium fuel means that they send you a bottle of the same additive that BoilerJuice sell at £15, for er.... effectively £15:20 (the difference between the ordinary and premium oil price). Not quite what the order implied.

Dishonest website that suggested I was a specially selected customer entitled to an offer to upgrade to a faster delivery for only £11.50. Except that's exactly how much I would have paid anyway for that speed of delivery. And the way the pop up box appeared made it difficult to check. It seemed deliberately deceptive and I don't trust them. Caused hassle with my previous delivery when the firm they selected wouldn't deliver with a standard sized tanker (despite every previous delivery being fine with the larger tanker). More expensive than other suppliers.

The website will offer customers Express delivery options, however there is the option to say no to the Express delivery on the left hand side of the popup it states "Dismiss - I do not want my oil quicker". We are sorry if you found this deceptive, we just want to make sure our customers are aware of the faster delivery options we can offer.
Standard tankers can vary from supplier to supplier, one suppliers standard tank may be larger than another supplier and we are guided by the supplier as to the vehicle they use.

Review of Copenhagen Card
We weren't sure we would use it, but went for it anyway and so glad we did. Easy to pick up from very friendly staff at the airport, and used it within minutes to speed into the city on the train. Widely recognised, so it was hassle free to use on public transport and all of the sites and museums. It gave us the freedom to test things out - we had nothing to lose if we dipped into any of the free sites, even places we weren't sure we would enjoy. But we weren't disappointed by any of them. We saw so much in two days - more than we could have hoped - and I'm sure saved a significant amount of money. There just wasn't a down side. Don't visit Copenhagen without it.
