A genuine and lovely family run company, they sent me the wrong colour by accident and very kindly called me to have a chat and apologise but it turned out I preferred the colour they had sent me! These are by far the comfiest and most elegant espadrilles I have ever owned and completely authentic. They are worth every penny. No regrets blew me away with their professionalism. I had no idea that they were so good. It was a genuinely wonderful experience working with them. They are organised, running a slick operation in a beautiful space, it was almost like going to a spa! Everyone was calm and incredibly friendly. You are matched to an artist depending on what you want. I was matched with Pedro who was charming and had the patience of a saint, as he went through numerous stencils before I decided on the right one! Then I sat back looking over Cheltenhams rooftops in the afternoon sun whilst Pedro and I chatted with a cup of tea and mini eggs! I am over the moon with my little tattoo and it didn't hurt at all.
