Product is good quality but delivery was shockingly slow and expensive for what they called express delivery. I’ve used other companies who have delivered larger items at a faster rate which if your charging £20 for I feel this service should be improved.

We never expect delays of this nature to occur and do everything we can to deliver within expected time frames, especially when you have paid for an express service. I can see that this has since been delivered to you and I hope that you are happy with the item which you have received. Due to the delays which you have experienced, I have refunded the delivery surcharge which you paid for this service. While we endeavour to process these refunds as soon as possible please allow for up to 3-5 working days for these to be received.
