The product is amazing

The product is amazing! It works on all hair type! I had a real bad damaged hair and used the keratin spray on it and it worked magic! Really convenient for home treatment.
The only negative side is, if you have a bleached or blond hair, it will take a way the cool toning on it and become a bit yellowish! But I’m guessing it’s the same with all treatments in that category.

I’ve ordered a gift to my friend…

I’ve ordered a gift to my friend through the website since the delivery time was short (according to the website 1-3 working days) I was expecting it on time but it took them just 4 days to pack it and send it just to post office for further journey. And it took me 7 days (including the weekend) to get it. It didn’t fulfill my expectations but otherwise everything was ok.
Note: the short delivery time was the only reason I’ve chooses them so it was a big disappointment and change in my whole plan and going for shopping and looking around in last minute.

Good delivery time

Good delivery time! Even though it was with UPS but they delivered it the closest Instabox according to my choice of option and easy payment through Klarna!
Definitely recommend.

The worst experience ever... slow delivery and awful customer service..
Just hire more staff.. why should we pay money to a company that cannot provide, even a normal customer service

Delivery disappointed me

My experience at shop was great but the delivery disappointed me so much that I would think twice to buy something from Chilli ever again...
Ordered a bed that supposed to be delivered 2 till 6 working days but after 2 weeks Still Not Here ..
Called DHL 3 times and last time their answer was we don't have enough staff and we are so busy at the moment so my bed is just in their storage for one week so far .... . Just hire more staff, it is not my problem I did my part by paying for evening delivery ... I would say not a good collaboration between Chilli and DHL..plus called Chilli 3 times as well.. they didn't help either..
