I was extremely disappointed with my gift that was sent to my 93 year old mother. Yes there was the correct amount of flowers but it looked nothing like the beautiful picture that was advertised. I contacted the supplier and sent them photographs to let them know of my disappointment and they pointed out that there was the correct amount of flowers and in the right colours. They offered to exchange them for something else but I did not reply as I only wanted them to know of my disappointment. In future I will send money to family members so they can buy a bouquet from Tesco and hand deliver it.
