Buongiorno Roberta, nella pagina del servizio è specificato chiaramente che i tempi di evasione decorrono dalla data di ricezione del modulo di delega e del documento di identità presso i nostri uffici. Nella fattispecie, l'integrazione da parte Sua della modulistica richiesta dalla nostra Assistenza Clienti in data 14/12/2021 è pervenuta soltanto il 21/12/2021. Dopo di che abbiamo prontamente inviato la Sua richiesta all'Agenzia delle Entrate che, probabilmente per via delle festività natalizie, ha tardato di qualche giorno nel rilascio del certificato di Suo interesse ma su questo aspetto non abbiamo potuto incidere in alcun modo. Ci auguriamo di aver chiarito i Suoi dubbi e porgiamo cordiali saluti.

Hi Roberta, So sorry. Our poor South African nursing and customer services teams have been caught up in violent protests in South Africa and many have been unable to leave their homes as it is unsafe. We are trying hard to contact everyone affected - you should have had an email giving you a variety of options from refund to rebooking. I am sorry if you didn't receive it. Please email customerservices@breatheassured.com stating 'appointment request for 22d July' in title and we will get back to you as soon as we can. So sorry again - we weren't expecting something like this to happen and feel so upset that it has affected the high quality service which we try so hard to provide. Plus, of course, we are really worried for our colleagues too.
