Postage was not shown when ordering until check out - I accept that but when payment confirmation came through it included £3.99 tax and nowhere had I been told this would have to be paid. This changed what I thought had been a straight forward good price purchase.

Meal Sunday afternoon at Cross Hands Sodbury A46. No one at bar all very quiet so should have seen it as warning. They didn’t have the two dishes we chose, so had chicken Caesar salad and chicken in a basket. Took long time for two simple meals. Caesar very basic just romaine leaves some shavings of Parmesan slightly warm not cold chicken and sprinkle of dressing. Battered chicken was tough and greasy. Left most of it. Didn’t complain there as one staff member busy at other bar and couldn’t wait any longer. Very disappointed for a Greene King. I used to be an ok inn but looking shabby as well no wonder it was empty .

Josh was amazing. Friendly charming, efficient and punctual. He kept us informed of his time of arrival and the situation while waiting for spares. Professional service highly recommended.

Blower brush blew up when turned in after couple of uses . They said to send short film of it not working and they sent a replacement within a couple of weeks. But this one was very hot on low setting - same as high so i didn’t use as it could blow when I was using it. However they immediately made refund so I couldn’t fault the customer service but DONT buy this product as two faulty items in a row indicates there must a lot of dangerous dryers out there.

Brilliant easy online shopping. Amazed to receive a call an hour later to confirm all in stock and delivery the next day. Friendly helpful person. Arrived dead on time and all wonderful locally sourced produce and even flour and rice we couldn’t source through supermarkets in a Bristol. Please please continue home delivery after the lockdown. We love having farm fresh produce without travelling miles from the city to get it or waiting for farmers markets in town
