I had never heard of Jumingo before, however I needed my daughter to send us some urgent documents from the US to Spain, where we live. I easily arranged and paid for a 1-2 express service. The envelope my daughter used was a regular 9x5 envelope....the driver said it was the smallest package he had ever picked up!! But they picked up on a Friday afternoon in Colorado and we received by noon on Monday! It was literally half the price of using DHL directly on their website. Thank you Jumingo I will definitely use you again!!

We signed up for TrustedHousesitters because we had a two week trip back to the United States from Spain scheduled. We got the most expensive plan which we still figured was a deal, as we plan to travel around Europe this next year. We have two small dogs and while we can take them pretty much anywhere they are aging and it’s more comfortable for them to be at home. The process was very easy and we ended up having many sitters to choose from. I really like the way the welcome kit was formatted however, I did have some issues with it, regarding saving my work once I typed it in. I did, however, like the follow up leading up to the sit. There were reminders of cleaning my apartment, having my pets, bedding, cleaned, etc. These lists were helpful.

Overall, we had a really great experience and we look forward to taking future trips and coordinating with future sitters. The ladies we had stay with our boys were phenomenal and definitely five star!!

This place is great! My two dogs and cat have stayed here twice , The second being during hurricane Florence! Not only did I have to change my reservation and move up my dates in order to be able to leave on our prescheduled flight, but they remembered all the things my dogs liked (Extra blankets) and their meal requirements. Would not hesitate to take them there again. They also have a new rewards program which is quite nice especially when you have multiple animals can get costly.

Love Pet Paradise! I get my calls returned in a timely manner and their online chat option is great for making reservations and answering my questions. We dropped off our babies for 5 days this morning and we were greeted with smile’s and welcoming staff . they repeated back to be all of my special requests and meal requests for each of my pets . They are the best!!
